The peach is something so delicious and amazing that for a lot of us it marks the beginning of summer! Almost everyone’s favorite fruit (except for those people who can’t stand their fuzzy skin) we mostly eat it in a pie or cobbler but this week we’ll be looking at some new ways, even savory recipes, to prepare the peach with Philipp Gabathuler. Although it has found a home here in our country it originated in China and is part of the rose family. Low in calories and high in fiber it is also a good source of Vitamin A and C.
