The staff at the Lynchburg Community Market would like to hear from you. Recently, the Market begun enforcing its Saturday hours of operation, 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. as a measure to improve customer service and provide the proper staffing during hours of operation. This also allows for all market vendors to prepare for and deliver service to patrons in a synergistic manner. The decision to have all vendors begin their sales day together at 7:00 a.m. was made following input from multiple stakeholders to including a wide variety of market vendors and city staff.

We have received feedback that this new policy is ideal for some but not for others. We are very interested in hearing from vendors, patrons, and other stakeholders, so we have created a survey to gather additional information. The survey will help us decide whether we should continue with this policy or if we need to make adjustments. 

To participate in the survey, click the button below  or stop by the Lynchburg Community Market, 1219 Main Street, in August to receive a paper version. Twenty survey participants will be chosen at random to receive a new Lynchburg Community Market apron or t-shirt in appreciation.
