Mahabuba has been teaching how to cook Bengali dishes for almost 4 years at various kitchens in Charlottesville. What makes Bengali cooking special is the use of garden fresh vegetables and a variety of spices. Currently she is working at the Neurology Department at the University of Virginia as a research assistant.. Cooking is her passion and she loves to share her delicious Bengali recipes.
