Four years ago I woke up one morning thinking about a casserole carrier my mother had given me, her design, and wondered if I could make them to sell. when perusing the boxes of materials she left me I discovered the patterns and just enough supplies to figure it out for myself. So I started making them and selling them at craft shows. Then I was pointed to the Lynchburg Community Market, as we have a second home here. So I got involved and have enjoyed it every since. I have included some designs of my own and variation on hers. I love sewing and coming up with new creations.
There are many things I enjoy about the market... it's history, the people, other vendors, meeting new people and making new products.
