Proposals are now being accepted for one rental shop space at the Lynchburg Community Market (currently Marsh Roots Seafood).The Lynchburg Community Market, owned and operated by the City of Lynchburg, is a five-day a week public market that features locally grown produce, home-made food products, boutiques, crafts, art and locally owned restaurants. Potential applicants are encouraged to review the Community Market Handbook and sample lease (found below). Applicants are encouraged to apply online at the link below, but applications can be picked in person up at the Lynchburg Community Market office (1219 Main St.). To be considered, proposals must be submitted or postmarked no later than June 14th, 2023 for priority consideration. Applications received after June 14th, 2023 may be considered, depending on the priority applicant pool.
